As of November 1, 1999, we should be referred to as the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.

Revenue Canada became the CCRA on November 1, 1999.

This is in reply to your letter of March 15, 2000, wherein you requested clarification regarding references to "Revenue Canada".
Please note that on November 1, 1999, Revenue Canada became the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. Accordingly, as of that date, references should be changed to the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
