REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Toronto, Ontario, on March 23, 2021).
NADON J.A.
[1]
Notwithstanding Mr. Green’s careful and forceful arguments on behalf of his client, the appellant, we have not been persuaded that Mosley J. of the Federal Court (2020 FC 675) erred in law or made a palpable and overriding error in refusing to compel the respondents to appear and to show cause as to why they should not be found in contempt in regard to the Order of the Federal Court made on March 12, 2019 by Barnes J.
[2]
For these reasons, the appeal will be dismissed. However, in the circumstances of the case, no order as to costs will be made.
