[1]                In the rather unusual circumstances of this case, we are not convinced, despite Mr. Guay's very able arguments, that Montigny J. of the Federal Court made an error warranting our intervention when he ordered, according to the terms he set out, a stay of Federal Court proceedings for the duration of the proceedings at the Quebec Superior Court.

[2]                Accordingly, the appeal will be dismissed with costs.
