MALONE J.A.
[1]
We
are all satisfied that the Tax Court Judge did not commit any legal or factual
errors that would warrant our intervention.
[2]
Based
on the evidence, there was no basis upon which the time for extending the
service of the Notice of Objections for the 1988 to 1994 tax years pursuant to
paragraph 166.2(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act could be extended.
[3]
The
respondent sought and should receive its costs.
