[1] The umpire dismissed the application for review made by the claimant pursuant to s. 86 of the Unemployment Insurance Act. The umpire said that in his opinion the facts alleged were not new facts within the meaning of the Act and case law. We see no error in that conclusion.
[2] The application for judicial review should therefore be dismissed with costs.
