APPEAL from a judgment of the Ontario Court of Appeal (2000), 35 C.R. (5th) 290, 130 O.A.C. 253, [2000] O.J. No. 346 (QL), allowing the accused’s appeal from his conviction for second degree murder.  Appeal allowed.
