As I agree
with Counsel for the Applicant’s argument, dated July 21, 2008, that, because
the Citizenship Judge who decided to grant the Respondent citizenship without
providing any reasons for so doing, I find that the decision is made in error
of law.
ORDER
Accordingly, I grant the present Appeal.
Given that this result is due to a failure
beyond the Respondent’s control, I recommend that, should the Respondent again
apply for citizenship, that her Application be expedited.
