ORDER

FURTHER to the Order of this Court on December 20, 2024 (2024 FC 2060) certifying this matter as a Class Proceeding and approving the Final Settlement Agreement;

AND FURTHER to the request of the parties that the Approval Date as defined in the Final Settlement Agreement be deemed to be January 10, 2025 and not December 20, 2024, so as to allow the Notice Plan to be launched and implemented in a timely manner given the intervening holiday season;

AND upon the parties consenting to this request;

THIS COURT ORDERS that the Approval Date as defined in the Final Settlement Agreement shall be Friday January 10, 2025.
