Hobson,
we
have
decided
not
to
call
on
you.
In
spite
of
the
very
able
argument
that
we
heard
this
morning,
we
are
not
prepared
to
say
that
the
findings
of
fact
of
the
trial
judge
or
the
inferences
he
drew
from
the
facts
were
wrong.
Therefore,
the
appeal
will
be
dismissed
with
costs.
