ORDER
WHEREAS this Court issued a notice of status review on July 5, 2022 because the parties are in default of filing the agreement as to the contents of the appeal book as required by Rule 343(1) of the Federal Courts Rules, S.O.R. 98/106 (the Rules) and the appellant is in default of Rule 343(3) for failing to file a motion to determine the contents of the appeal book;
AND WHEREAS the notice of status review required the appellant, Albert Muckle, to serve and file representations stating why the proceeding should not be dismissed for delay, such representations to be served and filed within 30 days after the notice of status review was issued, being August 4, 2022;
AND WHEREAS following the notice of status review the appellant has failed to file any representations with the Court or a proposed timetable for completion of the steps necessary to advance his appeal in an expeditious manner despite having received the notice of status review;
THIS COURT ORDERS that this appeal is dismissed.
