This taxation came on for hearing on July 7, 1998, by means of a tele- phone conference call. It follows a Judgment of the Honourable Judge Bell dated July 8, 1997, in which the Respondent was awarded costs. The Appel- lant represented himself and Ms. Donna Dorosh represented the Respondent.

At the outset, Ms. Dorosh stated that she was withdrawing the claim for counsel fees of $200.00 on account of the motion heard on December 12, 1995. Ms. Dorosh requested that the amount of $200.00 be added to the Bill of Costs, on account of this taxation of costs. To be certain that Mr. Sardena understood the nature of the items claimed on the Respondent’s Bill of Costs, Ms. Dorosh reviewed each item.
Mr. Sardena stated that he had no objection to the items claimed on the Respondent’s Bill of Costs.
The Bill of Costs of the Respondent in the amount of $1,862.10 is taxed and the amount of $1,862.10 is allowed. This figure includes $200.00 on account of this taxation of costs, having deleted the amount of $200.00 for the motion heard December 12, 1995. A certificate in the amount of $1,862.10 will be issued.
Order accordingly.
