This is in reply to your letter dated April 23, 1991.
It is our opinion that the island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadine islands of Bequia, Mustique, Canouan, Mayreau, Union Island and associated islets which are under the jurisdiction of the Saint Vincent government, make up the listed country Saint Vincent for the purposes of subsection 5907(11) of the Regulations to the Income Tax Act.
