(a) striking the factum of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association, and revoking their status as interveners; and

(b) striking the joint factum of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law — International Human Rights Clinic and Human Rights Watch, and revoking their status as interveners.

AND HAVING READ the material filed;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The motions are dismissed.  There is no order as to costs.
