subscribe
to
every
assertion
made
by
the
trial
judge
in
his
reasons,
we
have
not
been
persuaded
that
he
erred
in
failing
to
find
negligence
on
the
part
of
the
respondent's
servants.
The
appeal
will
therefore
be
dismissed
without
costs.
