Cullen,
J.:
—It
is
unfortunate
that
to
date
at
least
this
Court
has
no
jurisdiction
to
declare
the
plaintiff
herein
a
vexatious
litigant.
Once
again
this
plaintiff
has
abused
the
process
of
this
Court,
has
made
pleadings
and
arguments
that
are
clearly
vexatious.
My
colleague
Strayer,
J.
in
a
carefully
written
and
well-
drafted
reasons
has
attempted
to
politely
reach
this
litigant,
and
explain
matters
to
her.
His
order,
not
surprisingly
was
upheld
by
the
Court
of
Appeal,
and
cited
the
reasons
written
by
Strayer,
J.
as
the
basis
for
the
dismissal
of
Ms.
Morrow's
appeal.
It
wasn't
even
necessary
to
hear
counsel
for
the
defendants.
If
this
person
cannot
see
the
logic
of
those
reasons,
any
attempt
by
myself
to
upon
them
would
be
met
by
the
same
stubborness
not
to
understand.
Abuse
of
the
Court's
process
impacts
on
all
parties
in
a
negative
way.
This
statement
of
claim
is
an
abuse.
The
application
of
the
defendant
will
be
allowed,
and
the
defendant
is
entitled
to
costs
on
a
solicitor-client
basis.
Application
granted.
