REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench, at Ottawa, Ontario,
Wednesday, September 17, 1997)
STONE J.A.
The applicant has failed to persuade the Court that the Chief Umpire erred in dismissing his appeal from a decision of the Board of Referees on the ground that the appeal was not brought within the sixty day time limit laid down in section 82 of the Unemployment Insurance Act and that there were no special reasons for enlarging that limit.
The section 28 application will be dismissed.
