REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
(Delivered orally from the bench at
Vancouver, B.C., on November 20, 1998)
LINDEN, J.A.
[1] The appellant clearly feels that he was unfairly treated but, unfortunately for him, in our view the Trial Judge did not err in his analysis of the facts and the law and, therefore, we cannot interfere with his conclusion that the decisions being appealed were reasonably open to the tribunals. The appeals are dismissed.
