[1] This is an appeal from the Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Richard of the Trial Division (as he then was), dated May 13, 1997, (the "Order") which amended the style of cause of the action by adding "Janssen-Ortho Inc." as a defendant in the action.
[2] As appeal 414-97 was dismissed, this appeal has been rendered moot and accordingly this appeal will also be dismissed with the one set of costs to the Respondents.
