[1] This appeal was allowed with costs on February 1, 1999. Mr. Roger Roy counsel for the appellant filed a bill of costs on October 12, 2000 and requested it be assessed without the personal appearance of parties. By letter dated October 26, 2000 we invited the solicitor for the respondent to file written representations in response by November 17, 2000.
[2] Mr. Nicolas Cloutier, counsel for the respondent, filed a consent to the bill of costs on November 20, 2000.
| [3] Considering the above-mentioned circumstances the appellant's bill of costs will therefore be assessed in the amount of $3,121.21 and a certificate of assessment will issue accordingly. |
