(2d) 241, reversing a decision of the Federal Court, Trial Division, [1993] 2 F.C. 391, 48 C.P.R. (3d) 348, 63 F.T.R. 1, 14 Admin. L.R. (2d) 246, granting an application for judicial review of a refusal to disclose information requested.  Appeal dismissed.
