APPEAL from a judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal (2000), 136 B.C.A.C. 161, 222 W.A.C. 161, 145 C.C.C. (3d) 52, 34 C.R. (5th) 322, [2000] B.C.J. No. 800 (QL), 2000 BCCA 220, setting aside the accused’s acquittal on two counts of using an imitation firearm in the commission of a robbery.  Appeal dismissed.
