No. 309 (QL), 2003 NLCA 63, setting aside a decision of the
Provincial Court, [2002] N.J. No. 159 (QL), acquitting the accused on a
charge of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

agree with the majority of the Court of Appeal that there was sufficient
