                   Constitutional law ‑‑ Standing ‑‑ Employers' association ‑‑ Motion for declaratory judgment ‑‑ Whether association has standing to challenge constitutionality of anti-strike-breaking provisions of Labour Code.

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal, [1988] R.J.Q. 1516, 55 D.L.R. (4th) 523, 16 Q.A.C. 11, affirming a judgment of the Superior Court, [1985] C.S. 54.  Appeal allowed.

                   Lamer C.J.‑‑ We are all of the view that this appeal should be allowed, essentially for the reasons given by Chouinard J.A. of the Quebec Court of Appeal.

                   The appeal is allowed, the judgments of the Court of Appeal and the Superior Court are set aside, and the motion to dismiss is dismissed, the whole with costs throughout.

                   Judgment accordingly.
