                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, [1986] 3 F.C. 70, 29 D.L.R. (4th) 501, 69 N.R. 212, affirming a decision of an Umpire acting pursuant to s. 26 of the Labour Adjustment Benefits Act, S.C. 1980‑81‑82‑83, c. 89.  Appeal dismissed.

                   We share the opinion of Pratte J. of the Federal Court of Appeal that neither the Board of referees nor the Umpire had jurisdiction to grant the relief sought.  Given the particular circumstances of this case, this appeal is dismissed without costs.
