APPEAL from a judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal dismissing an application pursuant to s. 28 of the Federal Court Act thus sustaining a deportation order made against the appellants on December 30, 1976 by the Special Inquiry Officer. Appeal dismissed.

We are all of the opinion that the Federal Court of Appeal properly dismissed the appelants’ application for review. It was not shown that the Special Inquiry Officer had reason to believe, from information obtained at the inquiry or otherwise, that the appelants might have a right of appeal to the Immigration Appeal Board.
The appeal is dismissed.
