APPEAL from the judgment of the Court of Queen's Bench for Lower Canada, (appeal side), () which reversed the judgment of the Superior Court, District of Montreal in favour of the plaintiff and dismissed his action with costs.
After hearing counsel on behalf of both parties the court reserved judgment and, on a subsequent day, dismissed the appeal with costs for the reasons given in the court appealed from.
Appeal dismissed with costs.
