Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, which affirmed the decision of the trial court maintaining the plaintiffs' action with costs.
After hearing counsel for both parties the court reserved judgment, and on a subsequent day dismissed the appeal without giving any written reasons.
Appeal dismissed with costs.
