Appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, on a special case stated pursuant to Order XXXIII., Rule 6, of the Nova Scotia Judicature Act, holding the Town of Dartmouth liable to contribute proportionately towards the School Fund of the County of Halifax for the year 1904.
After hearing counsel on behalf of the appellant and without calling upon counsel for the respondent, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed the appeal with costs.
Appeal dismissed with costs.
