JUDGMENT
The applicant has complied with the requirements of Rule 15(3)(a) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada to be represented by Russell Knight, a person other than counsel. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AI25-30-10211, 2025 MBCA 58, dated June 10, 2025, is quashed pursuant to s. 44 of the Supreme Court Act.
