Taylor,
TCJ
[ORALLY]:—As
I
see
it,
I
have
one
problem
—
the
statement
made
by
counsel
of
record
for
the
appellant
that
he
is
unable
to
proceed
this
afternoon,
and
requests
an
adjournment.
From
the
Board’s
viewpoint,
the
matter
has
been
appropriately
scheduled;
there
does
not
appear
to
be
anything
abnormally
complex
about
the
appeal;
the
matter
deals
with
either
the
transfer,
or
possibly
the
valuation
of
certain
shares.
Now,
at
this
point
in
time
the
Board
has
gone
out
of
its
way
to
make
arrangements,
and
displaced
and
replaced
other
appellants
who
also
wish
to
appear.
We
have
had
quite
some
difficulty
arranging
things
for
this
week
and
I
can’t
see
in
the
reasons
provided
this
afternoon,
at
this
hour
of
the
day,
why
the
Board
should
adjourn
the
matter
at
all.
In
view
of
the
fact
that
the
appellant
is
not
prepared
to
proceed,
I
have
no
alternative
but
to
dismiss
the
matter
for
want
of
prosecution.
Appeal
dismissed.
