appeal

Accordingly
the
appeal
is
allowed
to
the
extent
of
vacating
the
order
that
Hadi
Sarraf
in
his
capacity
as
a
director
of
495187
Ontario
Ltd.
at
the
time
of
its
dissolution
and
by
replacing
it
by
495187
Ontario
Ltd.
as
the
nominal
plaintiff.
Since
the
nominal
plaintiff
has
no
officers,
Rule
300(2)
requires
that
it
be
represented
by
a
solicitor.
Unless
a
solicitor
appears
on
the
record
within
30
days
of
the
date
of
this
order,
the
action
shall
be
deemed
to
have
been
dismissed
for
want
of
prosecution.
The
appeal
will
otherwise
be
dismissed
without
