[1] This is an assessment of the Respondent's party and party costs awarded by the Court in its judgment dated October 19, 1999.
[2] Mr. David W. Chodikoff represented the Respondent. No one appeared on behalf of the Appellant although duly served with the Notice of Appointment and supporting material as evidenced by the Solicitor's Certificate of Service dated November 15, 2000.
[3] Having reviewed the items as set out in the Respondent's Bill of Costs and having regard to the factors set out in Rule 400(3) of the Federal Court Rules, 1998, I am satisfied that the items are properly claimed and will be allowed in full.
