                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal, [1992] Q.J. No. 2243 (QL), J.E. 93‑168, affirming the accused's conviction on a charge of second degree murder.  Appeal allowed.  Motion to adduce fresh evidence granted and new trial ordered.

1                 Lamer C.J. ‑‑ In view of the fresh evidence before the Court, the only possible conclusion is that a new trial should be ordered, and a new trial is ordered.  The appeal is allowed.
