The Chief Justice ‑‑ Having reviewed the evidence, we are all of the view, for the reasons given by Justice Vancise of the Court of Appeal of Saskatchewan, concurred in by Justice Wakeling, that the jury's verdict of guilty of murder must stand. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
