APPEAL from a decision of the Court of Queen's Bench for Lower Canada (appeal side) (), which reversed the judgment of the Superior Court, district of Quebec, and dismissed the appellant's action and incidental demand.
After hearing counsel for both parties the court re-served judgment and on a subsequent day dismissed the appeal but gave no written reasons.
Appeal dismissed with costs.
