TREMBLAY-LAMER J.

                                    The Applicant seeks judicial review of a decision of the Convention Refugee Determination Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board denying him refugee status on account of an adverse finding of credibility.

                        I am convinced that the credibility finding was based upon the evidence before the panel.  Numerous examples of inconsistencies and contradictions in the Applicant's testimony were identified by the Board in its decision.

                        It affords no legal basis upon which this Court could intervene.  Accordingly, the application for judicial review is dismissed.

                        Neither counsel recommended certification of a question in this matter.  Therefore, no question will be certified.
