         On September 16, 1996, Mr. Richard Morneau, Prothonotary, ordered that the Plaintiff's costs, when taxed, be paid ahead of all other claims against the fund created by the sale of the vessel "Truskavets".

         On February 7, 1997, Mr. Paul Vanasse appeared before me for the taxation of the Plaintiff's costs in the amount of $12,644.28.

         Since all parties/creditors have consented to the amount claimed, the Plaintiff's bill of costs is taxed and allowed as requested. A certificate is issued for the sum of $12,644.28.
