REASONS FOR ORDER
PINARD J.
[1] This is an application for judicial review to set aside a decision rendered by a Deputy Program Manager, at the Canadian Consulate General, Buffalo, compelling the applicant to attend his immigrant-visa interview in Seattle rather than a visa-post nearest his residence in Atlanta (i.e. Detroit or Buffalo).
[2] As it is not disputed that the applicant attended his interview in Seattle and that he was denied the requested visa, the issue raised herein is obviously moot and the application for judicial review must be dismissed.
